As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and delivered according to the specified requirements and timelines. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, managing the development process, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also engage with various teams and contribute to key decisions, making you a valuable asset to the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Ensure timely delivery of applications
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++
- Familiarity with database management systems
- Understanding of software testing and quality assurance
