Position Title: Program Officer Financial Management

Duty Station: Commissionerate for Welfare of the Differently Abled, Chennai

Reporting Line: Program Manager Financial Management

Language Requirement: English and Tamil (preferred)

Objective :- The Program Officer Financial Management will support the Program Manager in overseeing all financial operations related to the RIGHTS project. This includes budgeting, fund disbursement, reporting, audits, and ensuring compliance with World Bank financial management guidelines.

Essential Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (C.A.), ICWA, MBA (Finance), or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 58 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with World Bank or other international donor-funded projects is highly preferred.
• Prior work experience in projects of a similar scale and complexity as the city of Chennai is desirable.
