Program Manager - L&D

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Learning & Development programs and initiatives.
• Handle multiple L&D projects simultaneously with effective planning and execution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement solutions.
• Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure seamless delivery of programs.
• Contribute to organizational development and e-learning initiatives.
• Ensure quality and effectiveness of training programs and track program KPIs.
