 Responsibilities:

• Lead programs and projects through Core and Extended Teams to deliver reliable, competitive products that meet timelines, design inputs, and quality metrics in a highly matrixed organization.
• Partner with Product Management to align on market requirements and user needs, and with R&D to ensure technical feasibility.
• Engage cross-functional teams including quality, regulatory, operations, and other functions for seamless program execution.
• Communicate project goals, status, and deliverables effectively to various audiences, including executive leadership.
• Negotiate project contracts with the Automation and CIT Product Planning Group.
• Ensure program performance against scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets; identify root causes of deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Own program budget, schedule, resource management, and performance.
• Leverage agile and lean (DBS) methodologies to drive fast-paced, iterative development while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality processes.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
