Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in program or project management within a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in risk management and change management processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
