Description

The Program Delivery Officer (Trainer) for MI KIDS will be responsible for developing and delivering English communication training programs for children. This role requires a passion for teaching, creativity in instructional design, and the ability to assess and enhance learners' communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on English communication skills for children.
• Assess and evaluate participants' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop training materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure alignment with educational objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions to promote active learning and participation.
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness and participant outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in training or teaching English communication, preferably to children.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to engage and motivate young learners through innovative teaching methods.
• Familiarity with different training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
