Analysis & Reporting

• Compare and prepare commercial and technical synopses for sourcing and logistics activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation for easy retrieval in the future.
• Measures: Accuracy and timeliness of reports and documentation

Stakeholder Coordination

• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers/service providers.
• Highlight issues proactively when timelines or process steps are not adhered to.
• Measures: Resolution of supplier/service issues, timely completion of activities

Sourcing & Process Support

• Assist the team to complete time-bound sourcing activities.
• Track phase-wise completion of supplier/service provider activities.
• Measures: Timely completion of sourcing milestones

Operational Efficiency

• Manage multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while ensuring quick response times.
• Support process improvements in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Measures: Reduced delays, improved process efficiency
