Production Support Professional

Job Overview

• Production Support role involves providing support for critical applications and platforms processing data for trading across FMR & FIL, Team provides coverage 16*7 from India
• Its important to backfill the position at the earliest to ensure the coverage and quality of the support is not compromised

Primary Skills needed for this role:

• Hands on experience in Cloud technologies - AWS (EC2, S3, ), Kubernetes, Datadog.
• Expertise in log checking, File navigation & SFTP.
• Good experience in writing SQL/PLSQL queries for data access and debug issues.
• Experience in using Control-M/Autosys schedulers. Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines.
