Job Description
- Role & responsibilities:
- SPOC for DC-DR drill end-to-end activities.
- Preparing production setup and application implementation and keep application highly available.
- Raising technical change and release tickets in ITSM for implementing deployment in production and support for the same.
- Daily monitoring the application servers.
- Work on Real-time production issues (L2 issues) & provide resolution to them as per the TAT
- provide support for eod bod activities.
- Raising tickets in ITSM, taking follow-up of them & closing them.
- Working on critical releases in production and providing support for the same.
- Co ordination with multiple stakeholders to identify the root cause of issue.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Preferred candidate profile:
- Looking for IT graduate candidate with 8+ yrs of relevant experience.
- Certifications is an added advantage.
