Production Supervisor / Floor Supervisor

Production Planning & Execution

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with Maintenance, QA, and Stores

Quality & Compliance

• Implement and follow SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with quality parameters and customer specifications
• Identify production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions

Monitoring & Reporting

• Maintain production records, shift reports, and downtime analysis
• Support productivity improvement and cost optimization initiatives

Team Management

• Train and guide operators and helpers
• Handle shift operations and manpower allocation
