Production Process (Nicotine Product)

This role is for a Production Officer/Associate at a nicotine manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with experience in API manufacturing, responsible for the planning and execution of production batches while ensuring strict adherence to cGMP, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution: Plan and execute production batches in line with targeted commitments while complying with cGMP and safety requirements.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to process instructions as per the Batch Manufacturing Record and maintain good housekeeping.
• Documentation & Reporting: Complete all documentation online, review batch records for adequacy, and report any deviations or incidents immediately.
• Maintenance & Monitoring: Monitor the manufacturing environment, ensure preventive maintenance and calibrations are performed, and conduct sanitization activities.
• Inventory & Storage: Ensure raw materials and intermediates are properly labeled, segregated, and stored under recommended conditions to maintain product quality.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Support the QA team in investigations related to OOS, deviations, and CAPA, and work with other teams as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• A B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, M.Sc in Chemistry, or a related qualification.
• Experience in API manufacturing is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards.
• The ability to follow process instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Experience with production planning, execution, and quality control.
