Production Operator – shell cavity spraying & handling

The operating personnel for shell cavity spraying coordinates his work with the operating personnel for material handling to ensure a smooth supply of asphalt coated shells to the filling line. Operating personnel for shell cavity spraying works under the supervision of the production manager.

The operating personnel for shell cavity spraying shall carryout following tasks,

2 Preparing and mixing of Asphalt varnish intended for spraying into shell cavity.

3 Preparing of empty shells and preparation of the machine before spraying

4 Handling of shells before spraying and handling of shells after spraying

5 Moving of shells to the workplace where coated shells are kept for drying

6 Cleaning of the machine after completion of the shift

7 Checking the Asphalt coting in the sprayed shells

Educational Qualification:

Must Diploma in Paint Technology Desirable • Basic knowledge of 5S / 7QC Tools

Preferred candidate profile

Relevant Experience:

Must: • Diploma - Minimum of 03 years related experience

Team Player. Analytical Skills. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

Desirable: • Ammunition or related industry experience.
