Job Description
- Oversee production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve productivity.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in production operations within the pharma industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
