- Working in shifts and taking care of manpower,
- Optimum utilization of manpower, machines materials.
- To take care of regular shop floor safety precaution fives activities keeping production floors clean tidy,
- Process adherence for Extrusion and Molding.
- To maintain quality, minimize lead time.
- To control batch yield avoid wastages on shop floor,
- Impose shop floor discipline,
- Record maintain on batch cards, shift report,
- Shift communication within team members.
Education Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E./Chemical
