Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans to meet targets while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Process Oversight: Supervise all production processes, including drawing, bunching, extrusion, and assembly, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Quality Management: Ensure compliance with ISO and BIS standards, maintain high-quality output, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Cost Control: Monitor production costs, identify areas for efficiency improvement, and implement cost-reduction measures without compromising quality.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor production teams, foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply deep technical knowledge to troubleshoot production issues, optimize processes, and implement new technologies.
  • Coordination: Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and quality departments to ensure seamless production operations.
