Production incharge electronics

Key Deliverables:

• Achieve monthly production targets as per plan
• Oversee SMT and through-hole electronics manufacturing operations
• Manage end-to-end PCBA processes and quality output
• Lead and supervise production floor teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Plan daily operations and allocate manpower
• Monitor production performance and resolve bottlenecks
• Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
• Ensure adherence to electronics manufacturing standards
