Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Production Operations: Manage daily production activities to ensure optimal output and adherence to quality standards.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Raffia operations to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
• Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to production teams, fostering teamwork and operational excellence.
• Capacity Management: Monitor plant capacity and machinery performance to maximize efficiency and output.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet industry standards.
• Wastage Control: Develop and enforce strategies to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Reporting: Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
