Production Executive/Sr. Executive - Plastic manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute daily production schedules in alignment with production targets.
• Ensure smooth operation of plastic processing machines: Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Extrusion, Thermoforming (as applicable).

Monitoring & Quality Control

• Track production output, machine efficiency, downtime, and wastage.
• Ensure product quality as per specifications and coordinate with QA/QC teams.
• Enforce adherence to SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety standards on the shop floor.

Maintenance & Process Management

• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Control raw material consumption and minimize process wastage.
• Troubleshoot basic process and machine-related issues.

Team Management & Supervision

• Supervise production operators, technicians, and helpers.
• Manage shift handovers, manpower planning, and attendance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain production records, reports, and MIS dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
