Production Executive/Sr. Executive - Plastic Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Manage and supervise daily production shift operations, ensure proper manpower deployment, and execute production schedules.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor production output, machine downtime, and rejection rates; prepare daily reports; conduct rejection analysis and OEE reporting.
• Problem Solving: Take immediate corrective actions during machine breakdowns; analyze production performance and implement improvements.
• Process Management: Ensure process standardization, monitor raw material and regrind usage, and implement cost reduction initiatives.
• Team Management: Handle manpower including employees and contract labor, ensure shop-floor safety, and address non-conformance issues.
• Quality Management: Apply knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS, conduct internal audits, and ensure product testing standards.
• Technical Proficiency: Use SAP/ERP systems, MS Excel, and MS Word to maintain production records and reports.
