Production Executive / Sr. Executive – Plastic Manufacturing Industry

. Production Management

• Manage and supervise daily production shift operations.
• Ensure proper manning of shifts and effective manpower deployment.
• Execute production schedules in alignment with planning and targets.

2. Performance Monitoring

• Monitor, record, and report production output, machine downtime, and rejection rates.
• Prepare daily production, rejection, and efficiency reports.
• Conduct rejection analysis and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) reporting.

3. Problem Solving

• Take immediate corrective actions during machine breakdowns.
• Analyze production performance and implement measures to improve productivity and OEE.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection levels.

4. Process Management

• Ensure process monitoring and standardization.
• Monitor regrind usage and raw material consumption.
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.

5. Team Management

• Handle manpower, including company employees, contract labor, and production teams.
• Ensure shop-floor safety supervision and compliance.
• Take timely action on non-conformance issues raised from the shop floor.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement.

6. Technical Skills Required

• Production Techniques: Hands-on experience in Injection Molding, Extrusion, Blow Molding.
• Material Knowledge: Sound knowledge of plastic materials, molds, machines, and processing techniques.
• Familiarity with the screen printing process.

7. Quality Management & Technical Proficiency

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
• Experience in internal audits and quality assurance procedures.
• Knowledge of plastic material and product testing.
• Basic knowledge of SAP / ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
