Production Executive / Sr. Executive – Plastic Manufacturing Industry

Plan and execute daily production schedules according to production plans.

Operate and supervise plastic processing machines (Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Extrusion, Thermoforming).

Monitor production output, machine efficiency, downtime, and wastage.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety standards on the shop floor.

Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Control raw material usage and minimize process wastage.

Ensure product quality in coordination with QA/QC teams.

Supervise production operators, technicians, and helpers; manage shift handovers and manpower allocation.

Maintain production records, reports, and MIS.

Support continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
