Key Responsibilities :

Production Process Optimization :

Evaluate and enhance existing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.
Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline production workflows.

Quality Assurance :

Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistent production of high-quality robotic products.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish and maintain quality standards.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams :

Work closely with design and R&D teams to provide input on manufacturability and contribute to the development of new products.
Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and components.

Process Documentation :

Create and maintain detailed documentation of production processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Train production staff on new processes and ensure adherence to established procedures.

Continuous Improvement :

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, and cost.
Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing operations.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving :
Investigate and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain a smooth manufacturing process.
Collaborate with maintenance and technical support teams to address equipment and machinery issues.

Test Jig Design :

Design and develop test jigs for electronic components, PCBs, Assemblies, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and specifications.
Implement automation scripts to optimize testing processes and increase efficiency.
Create comprehensive documentation for test jig designs, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and code documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of test jig configurations and changes.
Work closely with hardware and software teams to coordinate the integration of test jigs into the overall testing infrastructure.
Collaborate with quality assurance and product development teams to understand testing requirements and improve test coverage.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field with minimum three years of work experience.
Proven experience in production engineering, preferably in the robotics or electronics industry.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and quality control.
Proficient in CAD software and familiarity with manufacturing software systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working in diverse, multicultural environments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Willingness to travel internationally frequently.
