Role Overview

The Production Assistant will support day-to-day manufacturing, fabrication, and packing activities in a solar industry setup. The role includes ensuring quality standards, maintaining records, and coordinating with relevant teams to achieve production and dispatch targets. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily fabrication and packing operations on the shop floor.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate material and production records.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to meeting dispatch targets.
• Support shop floor discipline and smooth workflow within the production area.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a disciplined, target-oriented production environment.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
