Production Assistant

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily fabrication and packing operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure that all work meets quality standards and adheres to production schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, production output, and inventory.
• Enforce shop floor discipline and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to manage dispatch schedules and customer requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor and support dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Identify and report any production or quality issues to supervisors for corrective action.
