Production & Planning Manager (Factory Operations)

Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand and inventory levels.

Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure availability of raw materials and packaging.

Oversee all day-to-day production activities on the factory floor and ensure targets are met on time.

Implement quality checkpoints, monitor output, downtime, and maintain high-quality standards.

Identify bottlenecks, implement Lean/Kaizen/5S practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Lead production teams, ensure proper training, discipline, and performance monitoring.

Coordinate cross-functionally with QC, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch to avoid disruptions.

Maintain accurate production reports, track KPIs like machine efficiency, output per hour, and downtime.

Ensure safety protocols, SOP adherence, and regulatory compliance across production operations.
