Professional knowledge

Strong knowledge in substation & Tele control protocols.

Strong knowledge in applications which are using in Substation.

Good knowledge in redundancy concepts used in substation automation communications.

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of network communication protocols including Modbus, OPC (DA, AE, UA), DNP3, IEC 60870-5-101/103/104, IEC61850 etc.

Desired knowledge

Should have good Substation automation domain knowledge. Having basic knowledge in power system protection.

Thorough knowledge in OSI model, networking concepts, Serial & Ethernet communications and trouble shooting.

Good knowledge in cloud architecture and protocols used in like MQTT.

Basic knowledge on IEC 62443 and other cybersecurity standards.

Should have Strong communication skills.
