Job Description

  • Build and maintain a list of schools in your city/town, actively visiting them and delivering presentations about PCDS offerings, especially Teacher Training Programs.
  • Coordinate between the schools that sign up and PCDS to ensure smooth execution of activities, such as assessment tests, teacher training programs, competitions, and other educational services.
  • Oversee logistics by managing lists of participating students, ensuring question papers are delivered to schools, and collecting answer sheets for analysis.
  • Follow up with schools after activities to collect feedback from students and teachers, helping PCDS identify new opportunities for services and improvements.
  • Report regularly to the Relationship Manager of your region, ensuring you are aligned with team goals and company expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Relationship Manager, who will provide guidance and support as needed to perform your role effectively.

Desired Profile:

  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to present and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Background in education or teaching, preferably university professors with a focus on school education.
  • Ideal for homemakers who are looking to re-enter the workforce, as the role is flexible (4 hours a day) and offers high commission-based earnings.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, and driven to improve both personally and professionally.
  • Willing to work in the field, with the ability to travel within the city/town. Having a personal vehicle would be beneficial for the role.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for education and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the school system.
  • Prior experience interacting with schools will be advantageous but not required.
