Job Description
- Recruit, manage, coach, and develop a team of in-office Operations Associates.
- Drive strong operational delivery and implement process improvements to balance efficiency with user satisfaction.
- Identify gaps in systems, policies, and strategies; recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
- Foster a positive team culture and ensure team members are effective, fulfilled, and progressing in their careers.
- Set clear team goals and use performance metrics to guide improvements and accountability.
- Use a data-driven approach to analyze performance and make informed decisions.
- Promote and represent Stripe's values, focusing on transparency, empathy, inclusion, and user-centricity.
- Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading operations support teams.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams on impactful initiatives.
- Experience in producing weekly and monthly business metrics and performance reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders across functions.
- Background in identifying and closing quality gaps in team performance.
- Passion for process improvement and operational innovation.
- Willingness to work occasional weekend days (with a weekday off).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building and scaling new teams from scratch.
- Strong operational background with experience launching new processes and service delivery in a high-growth technology environment.
