- Own customer-reported issues from identification to resolution, meeting SLA targets

- Learn and maintain a deep understanding of HighRadius products and features
- Adhere to quality, process, and compliance standards in support activities

- Empathize with client situations and provide quick resolutions or workarounds
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to communicate issues and resolutions
