• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and OEMs

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate products, including GSE equipment

• Install, service, and maintain testers and systems at customer locations

• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams for timely issue resolution

• Maintain service reports, calibration records, and related documentation

• Manage spare parts inventory and logistics for service operations

• Support ongoing service operations and quality assurance activities
