Product Owner (Java/Python)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product features.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
• Leverage hands-on programming expertise in Java or Python to engage effectively with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure intuitive and visually appealing front-end experiences using React .
• Apply knowledge of UI/UX design principles to enhance user engagement and usability.
• Work in close alignment with global stakeholders, managing expectations and driving product value.
• Champion Agile principles, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery.
• Utilize Git for version control and efficient collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record as a Product Owner or Proxy PO .
• Strong programming background in Java or Python , with working knowledge of front-end development and React .
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design practices and their application in modern product development.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
