Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with all regulatory requirements. You will work with stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize features that boost both compliance and usability.
Backlog Management: Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder feedback and any regulatory changes. You'll also make sure all user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements are clearly documented.
Stakeholder Engagement: Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, including compliance, legal, and technical teams. You'll hold regular meetings to get feedback and keep everyone aligned on product objectives.
Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all relevant regulations in the FinTech sector to ensure products always meet compliance standards. You'll also collaborate with legal and compliance teams to evaluate the impact of new regulatory changes.
Data Management: Use SQL to analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and compliance data. You'll work with data teams to ensure data integrity and support data-driven decisions.
Agile Methodology: Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You will ensure features and enhancements are delivered on time while maintaining a strong focus on quality.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Regulatory Knowledge: A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in the financial industry (e.g., GDPR, AML, KYC) is a must.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
