**What You Will Be Doing:**
• Work with Product and Technology teams to deliver the Product vision and strategy
designed to create products customers love and meet company objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to support the prioritization of features within
the product roadmap.
• Become an SME and truly own features end to end: from conception to client
delivery.
• Work continuously with teams to provide answers, feedback, and direction on work
items and user stories.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Client Implementation teams to ensure the
work managed by the Scrum teams achieves the highest value relative to the needs
priority of the business.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and teams to define the sprint plan based on the
priority outlined within the overall product vision and roadmap.
• Refine product requirements based on the input obtained through sprint showcases
and demos.
• Create and author user stories with detailed acceptance criteria written in the
customer's voice.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare the estimates for the user stories within the
product backlog.
• Conduct the formal review and acceptance of user stories implemented by a team
within a sprint.
• Share the responsibility to maintain a groomed backlog and use effective Agile
processes (Scrum and Agile).
• Work with stakeholders to identify KPIs and gather data analytics requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand processes and document
requirements.
• Partner and work with business stakeholders to define high-impact analytical
problems and find innovative ways to solve problems with data.
• Break down big problems into small stories that provide value to users.
• Document detailed acceptance criteria that developers and QA can rely upon to
complete their tasks.
• Drive UI/UX to ensure a customer-centric and seamless user experience
• Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making
• Work closely with Technology to ensure an optimal technical design for a reusable
and extendable solution

**What You Will Need:**
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience working in FinTech.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher educational background.
• Agile Product Owner or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of business requirements elicitation.
• Well organized, accurate, and attentive to detail.
• Excellent communication, public relations, and follow-up skills.
• A strong work ethic and sense of accountability.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive and results-oriented attitude.
• Effective team player.
• Flexible to work in shift that has partial overlap with North
