Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, planning, development, launch, and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and goals aligned with business strategy.
Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work with engineering and design teams to deliver quality features on time.
Prioritize product features using frameworks like MoSCoW, Kano, or RICE.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback to identify opportunities.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the user experience is seamless and valuable.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (in Agile environments).
Track KPIs and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve the product.
Coordinate product launches, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch support.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. (MBA is a plus.)
3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Aha!).
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
