Product Manager - Personal Lines Underwriting

Profile / Function:

• Possess brief knowledge or experience in general insurance pricing, specifically for Motor and Health products
• Apply excellent analytical skills to draw conclusions and provide actionable recommendations
• Work with large datasets to identify emerging trends and business opportunities
• Coordinate with product teams and actuaries to gather and interpret detailed pricing support at the OEM & Non-OEM level, schemes, and overall portfolio

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in insurance product pricing

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with actuarial and product teams to support and interpret data-driven pricing strategies
• Assist in analyzing data for pricing at micro-segment levels (OEM/Non-OEM)
• Identify trends across motor and health insurance portfolios for pricing optimization
