Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the entire product lifecycle including strategy, planning, execution, and go-to-market activities for Conversational Banking solutions.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and shape product direction.
- Define, prioritize, and refine product features, requirements, and user journeys with a focus on Chat, Messaging, and Conversational AI products.
- Partner with transformation teams to deliver seamless customer and business outcomes.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with organizational and business objectives.
- Present and socialize key product milestones, updates, and performance metrics to VS & SVS level leadership.
- Oversee IVR transformation initiatives and ensure integration with broader conversational strategies.
- Act as the voice of the customer while balancing business priorities, technology feasibility, and long-term vision.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Continuously track performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction post-launch, and iterate for improvement.
Must Have Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with strong ownership of full product lifecycle (strategy, roadmap, launch, and support).
- Deep understanding of Conversational Banking, Chat, Messaging, and Conversational AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with IVR transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at senior leadership levels (VS, SVS).
Good to Have Skills
- Exposure to banking and financial services domain, particularly in digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in AI/ML and customer experience automation.
- Experience working in agile product development environments.
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level updates and workshops.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of banking products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Technology, or related field.
- 8–12 years of overall experience with relevant experience in product management (for GCB5 role) and 12+ years overall experience (for GCB4 role)
- 5–8 years of overall experience with strong product ownership exposure (for GCB5 role).
- Certifications in Product Management, Agile, or related disciplines are preferred but not mandatory.
