Product Manager - Clinical Chemistry ImmunoAssay
Job Description
• Lead product management for Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay portfolios, including applications, marketing, and sales support.
• Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts, analyze performance data, and drive account and territory actions based on insights.
• Develop country-level strategies and playbooks, adapting to local regulatory requirements and market dynamics across the APAC region.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic clinical customers to drive joint programs, evaluations, and publications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, service, applications, regulatory, and learning & development to address critical product issues.
• Lead and mentor product teams, including hiring, motivating, and retaining top talent to drive product success.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and intelligence gathering to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.
