Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for small-ticket business loans
• Benchmark policies and processes against industry best practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk frameworks

Channel Engagement

• Drive business acquisition through Direct Sales Teams (DST) and DSA networks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to enhance market penetration
• Support open market sourcing initiatives to expand reach

Process Simplification & Cost Optimization

• Streamline processes to reduce turnaround time and processing costs
• Implement digital tools and automation for operational efficiency

Ease of Doing Business

• Design customer-friendly onboarding and documentation processes
• Balance compliance requirements with simplicity to improve customer experience

Market Intelligence

• Gather insights on competitor offerings, pricing, and emerging market trends
• Recommend product enhancements based on market research and customer feedback
