Product Manager (Analytics, ETL, EDW)

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and pain points related to data processing and storage.

· Developing and executing a product strategy to centralize and optimize data through ETL processes and our EDW.

· Leading the design and implementation of efficient data pipelines to ensure seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading.

· Identifying opportunities to enhance data-driven decision-making processes for clients through improved data infrastructure.

· Working closely with KF Digital solution areas product management teams, engineering, design and architecture to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.

· Analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to inform product roadmap decisions.

· Communicating the value proposition of the ETL processes and EDW to internal stakeholders and clients.

Education :

BA/BS in business administration, computer science/IT, engineering, design, marketing, or data science.

· 3-5 years product management experience across product lifecycle (ideation to launch to sunset)

· 1-3 years hands-on experience working with ETL processes and enterprise data warehouses, transforming data into organized, accessible formats. (ETL workflows, data integration, data modeling, data architecture, data warehousing, and big data solutions.)

· HCM background (Talent management, Talent assessment, core HR or Workforce Management)

· Experience with HRIS, ATS or LMS integrations is a big plus.

External Skills And Expertise

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Fluent in data processing and integration processes, with the ability to translate these processes for non-technical stakeholders.

· Ability to communicate ideas through data flow diagrams and process maps.

· Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, data architecture, and IT teams.

· Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello), ProductBoard, Aha!, Figma, Lucid or other related tools for roadmap, requirements, wireframing.

· Advanced PowerPoint, Excel skills or similar, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

· Well organized and able to plan and execute projects in a structured manner.
