Product Manager - Affordable Housing

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage affordable housing and unsecured loan products end-to-end
• Drive product strategy, pricing, and P&L performance
• Coordinate with stakeholders for product positioning and compliance
• Lead digital onboarding, retention, and channel development initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in home loans and unsecured business loans
• Strong understanding of RBI and NHB regulatory requirements
• Expertise in portfolio management, pricing, and cost control
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and distribution channels
