Product Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with leadership to build and manage the vision of the personalization suite
• Understand the market, customer needs and the competition
• Propose the key product differentiations in the short-term and long-term
• Work with the marketing team to ensure success of the product
• With sales: enabling them with the right sales collateral for the product
• With marketing: enabling them with the right marketing collateral for the product
• With customer success: enabling them with features, tools, and expertise to deliver a great first-time experience, and a consistent subsequent experience
• Experiment with new ideas and implement the same
• Ability to contribute to each step of the product development process
• Build a world-class engineering team and processes
Work Experience / Requirements:
• 3-8 years of total experience, with experience in product management
• Good understanding of database and data management concepts
• Knowledge of end-to-end product delivery
• Must have excellent knowledge of technologies
• Familiarity with APIs and API testing
• ML-AI familiarity with solid number-crunching capability
• Understanding of how basic algorithms work, and the measurement of their success
• Prior experience in e-commerce is a plus
• Passion for building products backed by research, user interviews, and competition study
• Passion for building products that deliver a great user experience
• Good understanding of product development from an engineer's perspective
