Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own product outcomes for Platform Automation services, leading the roadmap and lifecycle while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Utilize data analytics tools like EPM and Amplitude to analyze product performance, usage patterns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive customer success, satisfaction, retention, and long-term value realization.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, prioritizing features and enhancements.
• Design and execute OSAT surveys to capture user feedback and validate product improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to execute product strategies and go-to-market plans effectively.
