Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with business goals
• Drive the execution of product lifecycle from concept to launch and scale
• Lead agile sprints, grooming, and prioritization sessions with engineering and design teams
• Collaborate closely with business, operations, and customer success teams to gather insights and define features
• Ensure seamless coordination between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Conduct data analysis and user research to validate decisions and identify opportunities
• Monitor product performance, track success metrics, and iterate rapidly

Qualifications & Skills Required :

• 5 8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, logistics, mobility, or gig-tech platforms
• Proven ability to launch and scale mobile-first platforms (React Native experience is a strong plus)
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, MVP building, and cross-functional leadership
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with backend stacks (Node.js, MongoDB), APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS infrastructure
• Experience using tools like Jira, Notion, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar product/data platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in freight, fleet, or logistics ecosystems within India
• Exposure to payment systems, real-time tracking, and performance-based incentive models
• Demonstrated success in scaling products from pilot to 100K+ users
• Background in working with cross-platform or multi-role applications
