Product Manager

We are actively seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities and managing the New Product Development (NPD) process to optimizing profitability and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Product Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify new product opportunities and strategically select product assortment.
• Performance Analysis & Improvement: Analyze product performance diligently and identify areas for improvement to consistently meet customer needs and business objectives.
• New Product Development (NPD) Management: Manage the New Product Development (NPD) process from ideation to launch, ensuring superior product quality, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
• 'Make in India' Alignment: Stay up-to-date with the 'Make in India' initiative and ensure that all products align with relevant government policies and regulations.
• Budget & Cost Optimization: Develop and manage the product budget and cost planning to effectively optimize product profitability.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure rigorous product quality control through thorough testing and strict compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Product Roadmap Ownership: Own the product roadmap and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches.
• Team Management & Development: Manage a team of professionals, which includes overseeing hiring, providing training, and conducting performance management.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to achieve overarching business objectives.
