Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, design, marketing, and end-to-end delivery of our lending platform in specific geographies worldwide. You will work cross-functionally with global teams to drive product success in emerging and evolving markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and credit need assessments for targeted geographies.
• Analyze consumer behavior to inform lending product design.
• Design user journeys and configure them in YABX's sandbox environment for testing and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Partners, and Business Units to finalize and refine product solutions.
• Define Total Addressable Market (TAM) and target segments, aligning the product roadmap with business priorities.
• Develop expertise in financial accounting models to support multiple credit product offerings on the platform.
• Interpret and incorporate market-specific regulatory and operational guidelines into the product.
• Coordinate with Testing teams and partner systems to ensure smooth feature delivery.

Functional Skills

• Experience with lending platforms and/or payments platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills to deliver impactful results.
• Proven ability to develop clear product documentation, user stories, and business cases.
• Experience working in non-traditional financial services or mobile-first application design is a plus.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Educational qualifications: MBA / MCA / M.Tech / B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Arch or equivalent.

Reporting

You will report to the regional/market/offering heads, playing a critical role in delivering market-specific digital lending products.
