Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager with 2-6 years of experience and a strong background in software development , who has been involved in building products from scratch . The ideal candidate should be technically sound, proactive, and confident in handling cross-functional collaboration.

• Gather, analyze, and document product requirements through close interaction with stakeholders.
• Own and drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA , and business teams to ensure alignment.
• Deeply understand and stay aligned with the current tech stack of the product.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision effectively.
• Tackle product and process challenges smartly and with clarity.
• Required Skills:Strong understanding of requirement gathering , SDLC , and agile methodologies.
• Previous hands-on experience as a software developer .
• Good knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Excellent stakeholder management , communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
