Product Implementation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product implementation and configuration for enterprise clients in the US region.
• Act as the primary point of contact during client onboarding and deployment.
• Understand client business processes and tailor implementation plans accordingly.
• Ensure seamless integration of software solutions with client systems and workflows.
• Monitor live dashboards and system data to identify operational issues or anomalies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve implementation issues and ensure system uptime.
• Provide post-implementation support to drive adoption and client satisfaction.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and collect user feedback to inform product improvements.
• Share actionable insights with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions.
• Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams for smooth implementation processes.
• Track implementation metrics and contribute to go-to-market planning for new features.
• Support documentation, training, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
