Roles Responsibility

• To provide world class customer service by helping customers finds the products that meet their needs and sell customers as many products as possible.
• This involves suggesting products, explaining how products work, demonstrating how to use products, performing makeovers.
• Product experts may have to meet sales goals, build customer relations through follow-up calls and messages, Build new customers, stock shelves and organize sales areas.
• Should have knowledge about cosmetics, skin and hair care products
