Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue quotes for clients.
  • Follow up with clients to secure orders and ensure timely payment clearance.
  • Manage dispatching of orders efficiently.
  • Create purchase orders (POs) for procuring products.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide relevant proposals.
  • Maintain progress reports of ongoing projects.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their projects.
  • Coordinate conference calls and meetings with clients and principal companies.
