Product Change Analyst

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing)
• Years of experience: Minimum 6-years of relevant experience

Primary Responsibilities:

CO Authoring:

• Creation recommendation of cut in strategies for change orders.
• Identification and resolution of issues w.r.t COs in collaboration with cross functional teams.

POA:

• Maintain Product BoMs and Architecture for effective materials procurement.
• Provide immediate response and timely resolution to Product Options Architecture related production issues encountered during the build process.

OB management:

• PN obsolescence w.r.t EOL PR's and POA additions/deletions.
• Evaluate Inventory details for OB parts and SPARES deliveries for FRU parts.

Mandatory skills and experience required to perform the job:

• Proficiency in Release & Change Management processes and Product life cycle management.
• Proficiency in BoM creation, BoM management using any PLM software preferably Teamcenter.
• Shall have experience in handling complex BoMs with greater than 10,000 components
• Proficiency in any PLM systems like SAP PLM, Windchill, Enovia, Oracle PLM etc.
• Proficient in reading & understanding Mechanical Drawings & Specifications, Electrical interconnects & schematics, Procedures etc.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) and presentation skills
• Interact with Supply chain, Product Management and Engineering to support technical and commercial assessment.

Desirable Skill:

• Knowledge on 3D Modelling, Assembly and Detailing using NX or any CAD software
• Exposure to DFX
• Knowledge on Semiconductor equipment and its Sub Systems
